Es wird mal wieder Zeit für ein neues Wordpress Plugin aus dem Hause AiVw.
Da ich in letzter Zeit recht viel mit Social Bookmarkdiensten mache, stand ich nach kurzer Zeit vor einem für mich recht großem Problem. Ich nutze unterschiedliche Social Bookmarkdienste und habe keine Lust mein Blog mit den jeweiligen Buttons zu plakatieren.
Ein Social Bookmark Button soll dem Leser selbstverständlich ins Auge fallen aber nur dem Leser präsentiert werden für den der Button interessant sein kann. Ich will weder meine Feedleser noch die Stammbesucher meiner Blogs mit den Buttons belästigen. Am besten präsentiert man den Leuten welche den Weg in mein Blog via YiGG fanden den YiGG Button und leuten die von DiGG kommen den DiGG-Button.
Aus diesen Ansätzen entstand das aSocial Bookmarks Plugin. Der Name hat natürlich nichts mit asozial zu tun sondern steht für “a social bookmark plugin“.
Wer das ganze nun live sehen möchte, besucht kurz diesen Link und klickt sich dann auf mein Blog zurück. Schon ist der Button zu sehen.
Installation: Zum installieren des Plugins muss das Verzeichnis asocial_bookmarks in das plugins Verzeichnis eurer Wordpress Installation kopiert werden. Im Reiter Plugins könnt ihr es aktivieren und das war es auch schon fast.
Konfiguration: Im Reiter Einstellungen findet ihr nun einen weiteren Unterreiter mit dem Namen aSocial. Dort entscheidet ihr bei welchen Social Bookmarkdiensten der Button erscheinen soll. Aktuell werden YiGG, digg und Webnews unterstützt. Desweiteren könnt ihr die Ausrichtung des Buttons innerhalb eures Blogposts bestimmen. Zur Auswahl stehen rechts und links.
Der letzte Schritt ist das Einbinden des Plugins in euer Wordpress Theme. Dazu öffnet ihr die single.php und fügt oberhalb von the_content() die folgenden Zeilen ein.

Wer schon immer, wie so viele andere auch, das Problem hatte die diversen Buttons von Yigg, Webnews & Digg einzubauen, der hat jetzt das passende Plugin an der Hand.

Durchaus sehr interessant, jedoch kann ich es nicht verwenden, da der Yigg Button bzw. wahrschienlich auch die anderen, nicht richtig vom text umflossen werden beim Theme Mezzo (V3).

Ein vergleichbares WordPress Plug-in ist jetzt bei teilsmit.de verfügbar. Es verbindet die gängigen deutschen Social Bookmark Seiten mit der Möglichkeit die Posts direkt via E-mail, ICQ & AIM zu verschicken. Damit hat man alle Funktionen in einem Button. Statistik, Verlauf & Adressbuch stehen für registrierte Benutzer zur Verfügung.

Hallo,
super plugin wenn es bei mir funktionieren würde.
Hier oben ist die Rede von Konfiguration, ich finde leider keine!
Ich habe einen Account bei Webnews und bei Yigg, kann aber wenn ich auf meinen Blog gehe, nichts sehen?
Ich habe das Plugin installiert und und den php schnipsel in die single geschrieben? Fehlt noch was?
